DETAIL: (7) couldn't connect to host

Symptoms

  • Receive this error when attempting to process a profile
  • FTP Log Source

Cause
Urchin unable to connect to FTP host.

Resolution
If in active FTP mode, try changing to passive mode under Log Source Settings>>Remote Settings Tab>>FTP Mode. Make sure to click Update to save changes.
